Spanish Rice

2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 - 28 oz. can tomatoes
2 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 cup raw rice

Brown beef and drain. Put all ingredients into Crock pot and stir.
Cook on low for 7-9 hours (or high for 3 hours).
