Baked Potato Hash Brown Casserole

1  16 oz. sour cream
2 lg tbls. Miracle Whip
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 pk. ranch dip mix
crumbled cooked bacon
chopped onions
1/4 cup melted butter
1 pk. shredded frozen hash browns

Mix all ingredients, then add hash browns.  Pour butter over.  Spread into dish.  Sprinkle with chives.  Bake 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
